Terms of Service

ksara (ksaraevents.com) lets you create events, share them with friends, and RSVP. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use ksara.

You must provide accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use ksara. You can delete your account at any time in Settings; deletion is permanent and removes your profile, events, RSVPs, friend connections, and invites.

You keep ownership of everything you post (event details, images, profile information). By posting, you give us the limited licence we need to host and display that content to the people you share it with. You are responsible for what you post: no illegal content, no harassment, no impersonation, no content you don't have the rights to, and no events promoting illegal activity.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Events marked public are visible to anyone, including visitors without an account. Events marked friends onlyare visible to your accepted friends, people you invite, and anyone who receives the event's share link. Choose visibility carefully — a share link can be forwarded.

ksara is provided "as is", free of charge, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost data, or anything that happens at events organised through the platform — hosts and attendees are responsible for the events themselves.

How we handle your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes go to the courts of Belgium, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
